Swirl Cullaplast

Apply an even coating of Sandtex Trade Cullaplast by trowel. Remove any excess material to the thickness of the aggregate until the aggregate ‘chatters’ under the trowel. Finish immediately by dragging a suitable float over the coating in a circular manner.
